A few years ago, I first went travelling around Europe and absolutely caught the travel bug. I fell in love with the slow paced life and spending everyday doing whatever lights me up.

I was craving a way to add more of this into my life. 4 weeks of annual leave a year and having to save for years on end was not enough.

I got so sick of seeing people make money huge amounts of money online and through social media, meanwhile I was scrambling to save barely $500 a month

It seemed like everyone was travelling and buying houses. People were even getting paid to travel.

I realised I needed to get off the month-to-month hamster wheel asap or nothing was going to change (not quickly anyway.)

The corporate world was leaving me feeling totally burned out and unfulfilled, all to barely scrape by month to month. Let alone have time and money for the luxuries if felt like everybody else was affording.

I found myself wondering how on earth I was going to afford the things I want for my life like owning my own home and travelling the world when I can barely afford to get my nails done once a month.

At first I absolutely questioned whether a regular person like me with no social media following could make money online and beyond a salary from a 'regular job.' And that's when affiliate marketing presented an answer and showed me a tonne of regular people who started from zero were making money online and had so much more time and freedom to do the things they love - travelling or spending more time with their kids, all while making more money than they ever did in their traditional 9-5's.
